Digital submissions and iManage
I need to attach documents stored in iManage to a digital submission.
iManage has two modules that allow documents to be uploaded directly from the WorkSite database. iManage Work FileShare and iManage Go! Drive both give a representation of the WorkSite database in Windows Explorer, allowing you to easily upload files by browsing to the relevant folder in Windows. These are add on modules, you may need to discuss whether these are available to you with iManage.
Open Text DM
I need to attach documents stored in Opentext DM to a digital submission.
When attempting to drag and drop from DM, it will supply a link file rather than the file itself. Holding down ctrl when you drag and drop should resolve the issue.
NetDocuments
I need to attach documents stored in NetDocuments to a digital submission.
You can use the AutoImport feature to download Cloud Forms documents to NetDocuments. Download your files to the relevant folder allowing AutoImport to add them to the NetDocuments database.
