Digital Signatures

We've recently enhanced our Library forms with a convenient Digital Signature feature, which is also available for Clients.

To add a digital signature to a form, simply right-click within the field and select Add signature.

The signature auto-populates from your profile name in Legal Forms.

To customize the format of your name as it appears in digital signatures, navigate to the profile button and edit your name to the desired format. This will ensure that your signature displays your name in the way you prefer.

Please be aware that the right-click paste functionality is no longer unavailable. If you need to paste text, you can use the keyboard shortcuts instead.

Client Digital Signatures

The same functionality is also available to Clients when they right-click in a field, however, their name must be entered into the Share with client window. Client's name in now mandatory.
