Library form changes - accessing from MS Teams

Many people have now rolled out Microsoft Teams, which has lots of uses for sharing information. Did you know there is an easy way to share news about form changes in a Teams channel?

Try it out, by following these easy steps:

  1. Go to the Team you want to add this to, and click into the Channel. By default it will open the posts tab. At the top of the page, you will see the tabs available in that channel. It will look something like this:
  2. Click on the + symbol to add a new tab, and then choose the pink Website tile.

  1. Give the tab a name that you and your colleagues will find useful for example Legal form news and add the url https://www.oneadvanced.com/laserform-news/ see screenshot below:
  1. Click save and you're done. You and anyone else in the same Team can now access the latest information on form changes by opening this new tab.
