Change of Name - form NM01
When filing on paper I have to send a copy of the resolution attached to form NM01. Why don’t I need to I attach a copy of the resolution to a digital NM01?
Companies House create a resolution from the information contained in the digital form, made up of the date of resolution and confirmation that notice was given at the meeting.
There is no facility for Companies House to accept an uploaded copy of the resolution.
