What do I do if I am concerned a submission has been made twice?

If you are concerned you have filed a mortgage twice (MR01 or MR02) then you should contact Companies House as soon as possible. If one of the potential duplicates is still pending for registration they will be able to cancel it. Speak to Companies House as soon as possible. If you have an account manager there, it may be quicker to contact them directly.

If you have submitted a different type of form twice, it is likely that Companies House will reject one of the submissions, but for mortgage filing you will need to speak to them.
