Information barriers

Information Barriers are sometime also called Ethical Walls. This is where a matter is kept confidential even within an organisation. This is supported for digital submissions and Library form by an option on creating a form to flag it as under an Information Barrier.

Information barrier

Users can only create forms under an Information Barrier if they have permissions to do so. This is managed by your Administrator.

A form flagged as under an Information Barrier can only ever be seen by the user who created it and anyone they have specifically shared the form with. The form will be included in the reconciliation report post-submission.

An Admin user cannot see the form unless it has been shared with them specifically. An Information Barrier cannot be removed.
