Email notifications

Email notifications are triggered by certain events within Legal Forms. All emails come from legalforms@oneadvanced.com – your IT support can ensure this address is not blocked by your mail service.

  • When an agency responds to a submitted form, the submitter will receive an email with a link directly to the form in Legal Forms, where the response can be viewed and any documents downloaded.
  • When a user shares a form with a second user, that second user will receive an email notification with a link directly to the form in Legal Forms.
  • When you share a form externally, you will receive confirmation of that share from Legal Forms, along with the password which you can communicate to the external user.
  • You can have an email address set to receive a notification of the fee reconciliation report once a month. This email address does not have to be a user, so for example you can use a finance team group address. Configure this in Organisation settings.
