When I try to log in to Legal Forms, why is my login rejected?

You can always test if a username is correct by selecting Reset my password from the login screen. We will only send the password reset email to a valid user's email address, and they can then reset their password if required.

If they still have login problems, it could be related to your internal security. If you decrypt HTTPS traffic, you may need to add an exception for https://cloudforms.oneadvanced.com/ to resolve this.

Note - if you have enabled single sign on (SSO), users will not be able to reset their Legal Forms password, they must use SSO.
