Sharing a form with colleagues

Included as standard within Legal Forms is the ability to share a form with colleagues in your organisation.

Whether it is a digital form in the Hub or a Library form, from the Form history page you can choose the Share form option.

When you click this button, you can search for colleagues within your organisation and share the form with them. You can also add some comments.

Share form with colleague

Once you have shared the form with your colleague, they will receive an email with:

  • who shared the form with them
  • the form reference
  • a deep link to the form
  • any comments you have added

If a colleague is editing the form at the same time as yourself a message will be displayed your profile.
