Setting up the iManage Cloud integration

Legal Forms has integration with the supported version of Multi-tenant/Elastic Cloud iManage. Legacy versions are not supported, although it is of course possible to save draft or finished forms as PDFs into any version of iManage.

To perform operations on the Applications page, the user signed in to iManage Control Centre must be assigned to a Global Management role which has the App Management privilege. 

To add an application for use by iManage work and Cloud iManage, follow the instructions below.

  • Log in to iManage using a Global Management role
  • Open Control Centre
  • Go to Settings | Applications on the left-hand side
  • Select +Add Application
  • Search for Advanced – Cloud Forms and select it
  • Select Authentication
  • Leave the default settings as below
  • Select Access to configure which users can use this application – by default it is set to All Users
    • Custom allows you select specific individuals.
When Custom is selected, members of the NRTADMIN group automatically have access to the application, even if the individual user is not explicitly added.
  • Select Review to check your changes
  • Select Finish
