Enabling the iManage Cloud integration within Legal Forms
Turning on iManage integration in Legal Forms
Once iManage Cloud is configured with Legal Forms, it should be enable within Legal Forms by an administrator.
A Legal Forms administrator will need to do this.
- Log in to Legal forms
- Go to Settings | DMS Configuration
- Click Edit
- Select Multi-tenant/Elastic Cloud and Save
Once enabled
Once iManage is enabled it will be available for all users.
When users log in to Legal Forms they will be redirected to the iManage login screen:
However, not all users may want or need access to iManage so there is a setting in a user's profile to enable or disable it.
- As any user, log in to Legal Forms
- Go to your User Profile on the top tool bar
- Within your profile settings you will see a DMS integration setting
- Click Edit, toggle iManage off/on and Save
