Registering an iManage Subdomain with Legal Forms

Sally Robinson Updated by Sally Robinson

Overview of Subdomains

A custom domain is the public domain name managed by the customer. It allows for a customer-specific URL for end users to access the iManage Cloud.

This custom domain enables customers to create and manage the custom Subdomains for their iManage Cloud URL, such as company.cloudimanage.com.

For example, if iManage's parent domain is cloudimanage.com and a customer is named Ajuba Law, the customer can configure a custom domain using the Subdomain name ajuba. Users can then access iManage applications using the domain https://ajuba.cloudimanage.com/ instead of https://cloudimanage.com/.

For more information around subdomains in iManage go here Subdomains for cloudimanage.com.

Once your subdomain is configured in iManage you must register this with Legal Forms.

Firstly a ticket should be raised with our Support team to register the subdomain. This will prevent it being blocked by firewalls within oneAdvanced.

Please include your subdomain name in the Support request e.g. oneadvanced.

  • log a Support case at our oneAdvanced Customer Portal
  • call our Support desk on 0330 343 5000

You will be contacted by a member of Support once the subdomain is registered.
